| To complement our proprietary metal fabrication capabilities, we offer the latest in abrasive water-jet cutting technology. Our advanced system generates 55,000 psi of pressurized water mixed with cutting abrasives. This technology enables us to cut a wide array of materials quickly and cleanly including–but not limited to–metal, glass, stone, marble and composites. The 12'x6' cutting area allows us to cut large pieces of material that might be as thin as 1/16" or as thick as 8". Our technology is accurate to +/-.005". This tolerance enables us to cut duplicate pieces with flawless repetition, leaving sharp and clean edges that cannot be duplicated by any other type of cutting equipment. The edge quality provided by our high pressure system is exceptional, resembling that of a sandblasted finish. |
