| The Process |
| All painted surfaces are sanded, chemically cleaned and cleaned again with a prep solvent. Letters are primed, sanded and painted. The letters are then cured under infrared or baking lamps.
Letters are primed with either Matthews self etching primer or PPG epoxy primer which provides chemical adhesion for technically challenging materials. |

| The People |
Managed by Dave Hample (extension 151), our painting department is a state of the art facility. Dave has 4-year trade school training as well as 19 years of auto-body and custom restoration experience and 5 years sign experience. He is certified in the following disciplines to provide you with the highest quality paint finishing available:
- PPG master on color matching and finishing
- PPG advanced color matching and refinishing for custom painting
- ICAR finishing matching certified.
- ICAR paint certified
- Matthews certification for sign painters and fabricators.
- PPG Certified custom air brush
Our paint capability is not only limited to color matching and single color applications. We have significant experience with custom fading, tinting, unlimited graphic applications and faux finishing. |

| Color Matching |
| Yes we have computers that interpret and duplicate color chips but the process is not 100% accurate. To ensure 100% customer satisfaction of color matching we can produce color chips prior to painting your order. One color chip is sent to you for approval and the other remains on record in our archives. You make the final decision on the accuracy of our matching before the order is installed. |
