In addition to our “TrimPlus” construction method for face lit letters we have a “Trimless” construction method that utilizes a shoulder routed acrylic face that we fabricate the letter return around for the perfect fit.

Face Lit – Trimless
1/4” – 1” shoulder routed translucent acrylic with a minimum edge of 1/8” showing.
Faces can be a standard translucent acrylic color or translucent white acrylic with vinyl application.
Face Lit – TrimPlus
1/8” – 1” wide trim to trap acrylic in place.
Faces can be translucent acrylic or translucent white acrylic with vinyl application.
Depending on stroke width or illuminated surface area we may suggest a wider trim.
